In a battle of Gemini vs. Windsor, which wins?

High Level

The Windsor is three bedrooms, two bathrooms, garage, and golf cart garage.

The Gemini is two bedrooms, two-and-a-half bathrooms, garage

Size

At 2,485 square feet under roof, the Windsor offers slightly more area than the Gemini’s 2,282 square feet, but the features and layout make the two quite different, as described below.

One or Two Masters?

With two spacious master suites on opposite sides of the home, The Gemini (Latin for "twins" - i.e. twin master bedrooms) is perfect for the couple on different sleep schedules or who want lots of room to themselves. Do you like to stay up late watching TV, but your spouse does not? Does your partner snore? Do you just want your own "wing," your own closet, et cetera? The Gemini might be for you.

Bedrooms

While the Gemini only has two bedrooms compared with the Windsor's three, it does feature a den with pocket doors that can be used as a third bedroom or temporary third bedroom, albeit without a closet. Perhaps a good option for when guests are visiting.

Those needing a true third bedroom with closet will prefer the Winsor.

Kitchen

With a large island and plenty of counter space, the Windsor's kitchen is well suited for entertaining or for the person who loves to cook. If you don't spend as much time in the kitchen, we think you'll find the Gemini's kitchen more than adequate.

Garage

All of our homes come standard with a one car garage, but the Windsor has an extra: the golf cart garage. Of course, this is perfect for those who like to get around the community in a golf cart, but many also like to use this as a workshop, sewing or arts and crafts room. Something to think about if you need a dedicated space for such hobbies, or if you just want more storage space.

Price

At $280,00, the Windsor comes in $16,000 lower than the Gemini's $296,000 price tag. Both feature the same quality build, including 130 mph wind storm rating, all concrete block with stucco construction, metal roofs, and more. ☀️
